spent the whole day … eating. arrived by bus around 5.45 am, slept a few hours, then met up with a largely law student crew for some dim sum at kam fung (and although most of us were asian they still charged us tax, hmmm).
followed by grocery shopping in chinatown, bubble tea, and sitting near place-des-arts under the sakura, as pink petals fluttered onto us while we chatted and odd-looking pigeons and sparrows pecked at the ground around us.
and all I did this evening at home was reheat some curry my dad made me bring from nb and made a lemon meringue pie with K. ahhh, the glorious days of no worries in the summer. but tomorrow I start the new summer job…
